White to light gray fluid paste, thermoplastic. It is unstable to heat, discolors at high temperature (240°C) and loses its original physical and chemical properties. Viscosity should be specified for commercial grade products. The relative density is 1.07~1.18, the refractive index is 1.47, and the softening point is 100~130℃. It can form a tough film and can still maintain flexibility at low temperature. Can be mixed with resin, wax, oil, etc. Stable to alkalis and dilute acids. The softening point and hygroscopicity decreased with the increase of ethoxy content.Application
1.Tablet press (mostly for vitamins and inorganic salts) 2.Vitamin powder binder 3.For paint 4.Used as adhesive and wire paint 5.Used in ink, paint, adhesive, medicine, cosmetics and food fields, also used as filler, adhesive and so onPackage
