The Clemson Women's Softball team continued their impressive run this season with a doubleheader sweep against Boston College on Friday. Behind a solid all-around performance, the Tigers claimed two wins and improved their record to an impressive 35-1 overall.

In the first game, the Tigers got things started early with a home run from Valerie Cagle in the top of the first inning. Clemson then added to their lead with a run in the second and two more in the third. Despite a late comeback attempt from the Eagles, the Tigers held on for an 8-4 win.

Game two saw much of the same from Clemson, as they got off to a hot start with a two-run homer from Aby Vieira in the top of the first inning. The Tigers added three more runs in the third and never looked back, claiming a 7-3 victory.
